NGO come forward to help the poor children Last Updated : 10 Apr 2017 08:31:31 PM IST File Photo NGO, CIPL Foundation has made an effort to bring these out-of-school children in the mainstream of education.The organization have distributed the School dress and shoes for more than 500 children in Oriental Public School in Noida Sector 122.
Eduation for all is a set target for the whole world. When we think of childhood, we instantly go back to the smiling and carefree days. But in India appox 17.7 million children are working in hazardous conditions, living on the street, braving hunger, poverty and violence, childhood means something very different for these children.
BJP Leader Vimala Batham, who reached this spot and thanks to an institution like CIPL, to help poor and marginalized children.
School director Yogendri Yadav said that he has been running the school since a long time and never seen such a moment in the School. They hope that more institutions will come forward to help poor children to regain their lost childhood.
CIPL Foundation chief Vinod Kumar and many of his team were present in the program. Hundreds of parents of schoolchildren were also participated.
