The Delhi High Court on Wednesday cancelled parole and furlough granted to former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala, who is serving a 10-year jail sentence in the 2000 JBT teachers' recruitment case. Justice Vipin Sanghi cancelled the parole granted to Chautala, 82, observing that he was misusing it to attend public meetings.
