Three days after a Noida youth opened fire at protests in Delhi's Jamia Milia Islamia, an unidentified gunmen once again fired shots around the university campus. A gunshot was fired outside the Jamia Millia Islamia's gate no.5, varsity students claimed on Monday.
"Two unidentified persons resorted to firing outside the University gate no. 5. They came on a red coloured Scooty from Shaheen Bagh side," said Suyash Tripathi, a Law student at Jamia Millia Islamia. "One of them was wearing a red jacket," he added.
No injuries have been reported so far, sources said.
However, there is no confirmation from the police as of now.
