AAP to hold silent marches against 'terrorist' remark Last Updated : 31 Jan 2020 03:08:17 PM IST Parvesh Verma The Aam Aadmi Party will hold silent marches across all 70 Delhi Assembly constituencies to protest against BJP MP Parvesh Verma's "terrorist" remark against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, AAP sources said on Friday.
Parvesh Verma had said, "Terrorists also work like this, they misguide people. If you see those who are damaging public property in Delhi they are no less than terrorists". Responding to Verma's verbal attack on Thursday, Kejriwal in an emotional address, said the people of Delhi will decide in the elections whether he is a terrorist or a son.A party insider said the date, timings and the routes of the proposed marches were yet to be decided.The AAP has already filed a complaint with the Election Commission against Verma on the issue.The Assembly elections in Delhi will be held in a single phase on February 8 and the results will be announced on February 11 after counting of votes.
