Amid criticism from the Opposition parties over the current crisis in the state, Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh said on Monday that his government is taking measures to restore peace in the northeastern state at the earliest. "We are working on different initiatives, both officially and unofficially, to restore peace in Manipur.
