Banned, but not by the censors

Deshdrohi Kamaal Khan may be an amusing character. And, he is certainly a terrible actor. If ‘Deshdrohi’ was banned by the Maharashtra government in 2008, it was because of the belief that the film will lead to tensions between the Marathis and the North Indians.
