PICS: Maruti records higher sales

TVS SALES UP: Two and three wheeler maker TVS Motor Company has reported a 3.92 per cent increase in sales in October, clocking 1,97,905 units. The Chennai-based company had reported sales of 1,90,438 units during the same month of previous year, TVS Motor Company said in a statement. Sales of two-wheelers increased by 1.93 per cent in October 2013 to 1,89,979 units from Rs 1,86,376 vehicles sold during the same period last year, it said.
