Veteran Odia actor Rabi Mishra passed away while undergoing treatment at a private hospital here on Wednesday. He was admitted to the hospital following a cardiac arrest on Tuesday.
Mishra has acted in many Odia movies and teleserials. He was popular for his role in 'Gopal Rahasya'.
Expressing deep grief over his death, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said the actor's contribution to Odisha's film and television industry will always be remembered.
Union minister Dharmendra Pradhan said Mishra's impeccable performance in the television series 'Gopal Rahasya' had made him popular in every household in the state. | ||||||||
